asperge taart
english version of the recipe (asparagus cake for 2 persons).
- defrost 5 filo dough strips an hour before you start making the recipe.
- peel 1 kg asparagus and cut of the end. Cook for about 10 minutes and drain out very well.
- preheat the oven at 200 C degrees.
- take a baking dish (20 x 30 cm). Grease every filo dough strip with olive oil and cover the dish with it. Place one after another strip.
- mix 3 eggs in a bowl together with 250 ml vegetable cream.
- add one teaspoon oregano, one teaspoon thyme, a handful of fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- add 100 gr. grated goat cheese and mix carefully.
- spread the asparagus over the dough and pour the egg-mix over the asparagus.
- bake ready in about 20 minutes.
- nice with a green salad!

spelt-yoghurt bodems
English version of the recipe (bearded wheat-yoghurt flat crusts, for 4 pieces)
- mix 250 gr. bearded wheat with 175 ml (goat)yoghurt and a pinch of salt. Knead till you have a dough ball, split into 4 parts.
- powder your worktop with some wheat and role every part into a flat kind of pancake with a diameter of 20 cm.
- heat some sunflower oil in a frying pan and bake the crusts one by one gold-brown. Add some more oil if needed in-between baking the crusts.
! you can spread these crusts with some vegetable spread and fill them with salad and goat-cheese or grilled vegetables.
! or you make them sweet: spread the crusts with chocolate paste for example and fill with banana.
- there is a lot possible with these crusts, just try fill them with what you like!

hartige taart
English version for the recipe (Hearty pie)
-preheat the oven at 200C Degrees.
-take 5 filo dough* strips and place them on a greased baking try. Grease every strip of the dough with some oil before you put the next strip on it.
-put in the oven for 15 minutes.
-peel 500 gr. sweet potatoes, cut them in pieces and cook them together with a clove of garlic ready in about 10 minutes.
-drain of and mash the potatoes, at salt and pepper to taste.
-heat some oil in a pan and fry two red unions and another clove of garlic.
-cut a green pepper into small pieces and fry with the unions.
-spread the mashed potatoes over the dough, spread the union-pepper mix over the potatoes.
-cut 400 gr. little tomatoes (red, yellow, green) in pieces and spread on top of the pie.
-sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried thyme.
-if you want you can add some goat cheese on top.
-put in the oven again and bake ready in about 15 minutes. Nice with a green salad.
*I buy the filo dough in a turkish or indonesian shop, there are no e-numbers or what so ever in the dough.
