speculaas cake

This week a recipe from my sister who made a delicious cake for my birthday and drew the recipe for me! If you like you can add two teaspoons wine-stone baking powder, that gives the cake a bit more lightness. The english version of the recipe is below the drawing.
My sister makes the most wonderful cakes. If you like to see them, click here!

Sometimes I do take pictures of the things I cook and bake. But because I'm not a very good photographer and I like to draw much more then take pictures, the recipes on this blog are drawings and not photo's. But now I thought I post a small collage of pictures as a sort of proof that I do make the recipes I post. From the top left: sweet banana-rolls with poppy seed, appel cake, self painted easter eggs which I forgot to post at easter, self-made chocolate and I strawberry-coconut cake of which I place the recipe soon online!
