English version of the recipe (rolls):
- preheat the oven at 200C degrees.
- shred 100 gr. courgette
- add 50 gr. of bearded wheat and 50 gr. maize flour, sniff of salt and 2 teaspoons wine-stone baking powder*.
- add 200 ml water and 25 ml rice-oil, olive-oil or any other oil you like.
- stir everything with a ladle
- bake the rolls ready in about 20 minutes in a muffin-tin.
