favouriet april

My favourite for the month April are the Chia seeds. Aztec, Inca's and Mayan cultures used Chia seeds for many different health issues such as skin conditions, strenght and endurance. The perfect food for runners and athletes. The word "Chia" comes from Mayan culture and means "strenght". Chia seeds are packed with antioxidants, fiber, complete protein and omega-3 fatty acids.  I put some seeds in my oatmeal every morning, but you can also use it in cake, bread, vegetable, salades or smoothies. Since I use the seeds I don't have any hair loss anymore, which I had since I have been ill a couple months ago. Chia seeds are available at organic food shops. Do you want to read more about these seeds, just google it and you'll find lots of information!
