havervlokken wafels

English version of the recipe (oatflakes-waffles):
This is a very nice recipe if you want a different kind of breakfast for a change!

- mix 200 gr. oatflakes, 3 tablespoons vegetable margarine or coconutoil*, 1 teaspoon wine-stone baking powder*, 1 teaspoon cinamon, pinch of salt and 300 ml warm water.
- let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, the dough has to "run" of the spoon, add otherwise a little bit more water.
- bake the waffles by following the instructions of your waffle iron.

Very nice with jam, molasses or chocolate spread.
