English version of the recipe (oatmeal pancake's): - mix 1 egg with 250 ml rice-milk. - add 1 teaspoon wine-stone baking powder* and 140 gr. oat flakes. - let well up for 15 minutes! - bake the pancakes in oil over a slow fire. The dough is quite thick so this recipe is for about 6, thick pancakes! - nice with bananas, jam, molasses, red fruit or cinnamon! *available at organic food shop.
