English version of the recipe (rice pudding): - bring 1 liter rice-milk to boil, together with 150 gr. basmati rice and one stick of cinamon - let simmer for 30 minutes, stir regularly. - add 80 gr. agave syrop* and simmer for another 10 minutes. - if the pudding gets to thick, add some more milk. - good with red fruits. *available at organic food shop.
