English version of the recipe for 2 persons (quinoa with finocchio and pomegranate):
- cut 2 cloves of garlic in small pieces and fry for 2 minutes in olive-oil.
- cut one finocchio in really small parts and add to the garlic and fry for 10 minutes.
- add the juice of half a lemon together with 130 gr. quinoa and 300 ml yeast-free stock*.
- let boil and the stove for 25 minutes. If the quinoa becomes to dry add some more water.
- cut some chive in small bits and add together with 2 teaspoons of coriander and 80 gr. of pomegranate pips.
- stir and add salt to taste.
