English version of the recipe (for 12-15 waffles):
- cook 350 ml ricemilk (lukewarm/warm).
- mix 250 gr. wheat flower, 2 teaspoons wine-stone baking powder*, pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons vanillapowder.
- mix 250 gr. wheat flower, 2 teaspoons wine-stone baking powder*, pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons vanillapowder.
- melt 80 gr. vegetable margarine* and mix it with the milk, 4 eggs and 4 tablespoons of agave syrop*.
- add bit by bit the flower mix.
- bake the waffles by following the instructions of your waffle iron.
Very nice with cinamon, jam, molasses or fresh fruits.
