aardappel-groente rol























































English version of the recipe (vegetable-potatoes roll):

- preheat the oven at 200C degrees.
- shredd 1 kilogram potatoes and put them in a drain and push out the fluid.
cover a baking try with bakery paper and spread the shredded patatoes on it in a 25x25 cm figure. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and 3 tablespoons of oil and bake for 15 minutes.
- add 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and bake one clove of garlic and 300 gr. spinach. Let the spinach shrink and push out the fluid.
- cut one red pepper in ribbons, the same with 250 gr. soft goat's cheese.
- cut 15 gr. of basil leaves.
-put the spinach, the red pepper, the goat's cheese and the basil in lenght on the potatoes, next to each other. 
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and make a roll of the potatoes with the vegetables inside.
- bake another 15 minutes in the oven.
- cut in slices as a side dish for 4 persons or a main dish for 2.
