English version of the recipe (french beans): For 2 persons: - cook 500 gr. french beans in salted water in about 8 minutes al dente. - cut two cloves of garlic in small pieces and fry in olive oil for 3 minutes. - add 400 gr. tomato puree/tomato pieces and a big pinch of salt and pepper. - drain off the beans and them to the sauce. - tear some basil leaves apart and add to the beans. - nice with shredded baked potatoes.
