English version of the recipe (banana-rolls):
- preheat the oven at 200C degrees.
- for 6 rolls mix 2 banana's with 1 egg, sniff of salt and 2 teaspoons wine-stone baking powder*.
- add 50 gr. of bearded wheat and 50 gr. maize flour and mix to a smooth dough
- bake the rolls ready in about 20 minutes in a muffin-tin.

Tip: very nice to add 25 gr. of raisins to the dough. Or cranberries, apricots or cocoa-nibs, just what you like!

Like the recipe and specialy how you recomend raisins, cranberries, apricots or cocoa-nibs. Personaly I would add cranberries - yumm yumm :)
